Retreats:
Group and solo travel packages are available for body+mind experiences, to included a hybrid of surfing/mountain biking/trail running in addition to Positive Psychology or Wim Hof Methodology practices. These retreats are typically geared towards young professionals and executives, however all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Tell us what you'd like to do and we'll do our best to make it happen!
